Accessibility Statement
Access matters
AI Marketing Agency Europe aims to make marketing information usable by people with a range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility supports clearer decisions and reduces avoidable barriers when reading service information or requesting a review.
Design and content practices
The new design specification uses semantic headings, meaningful link labels, sufficient text contrast, text alternatives for informative images, clearly labelled form fields and keyboard-visible focus. Interactive elements should not depend on hover or colour alone. Decorative illustrations should be identified as such.
Mobile and keyboard access
The navigation, service comparisons and form should work with keyboard input and on small screens. Error messages must identify the relevant field and describe how to correct it. Motion and visual effects should respect user preferences where implemented.
Known limitations
Do not assert certified WCAG conformance or a completed accessibility audit unless the site has been tested. List actual remaining barriers and their proposed remedies after manual checks with keyboard navigation, screen readers and responsive layouts.
Request an accessible alternative
If a page, form or document is difficult to use, offer a verified monitored contact address and an alternative way to submit a business enquiry. The operator must supply this address before publication.
Testing and updates
Record test date, tested pages, methods, software context, known issues and resolution history. Publish only truthful test findings; an accessibility statement is an accountability document, not a substitute for actual remediation.
Legal release gate
DRAFT/HOLD — do not publish bracketed placeholders, provide unverified compliance statements or activate data collection until legally completed.
