If a buyer contracts directly with another agency, that provider's own payment and cancellation contract should be made available before the buyer agrees. The website should not imply it controls refunds under third-party contracts.

Provide a genuine monitored business contact address, the reference number to quote, and an explanation of the review process after those details are confirmed. Do not invent response periods or guarantee refunds that have not been agreed.
